Most renovation quotes start with a number. Ours starts with an Understanding of the Project- a written summary of your brief, the scope, and the conditions we’ll need to confirm on site. We agree it with you before we price anything.

Understanding
On site, we walk the space with you, capture dimensions and conditions, and work the brief through in conversation. That whole exchange becomes the written Understanding.
Design & Pricing
Once the brief is right, we work through an indicative range, then move into the design phase - drawings, selections, electrical layouts, all decided in detail. When design is locked, we convert to a fixed price for contract.
Build
Construction begins against drawings already approved, at a price already agreed, with a scope already signed off. Variations only arise for what couldn’t be seen at quote stage - and every one is documented, costed, and approved in writing before any further work proceeds.
